San Francisco, CA (January 2017) – NicholsBooth Architects–whose architecture, interior design, and consulting clients include Splunk, Autodesk, Tishman Speyer, Stanford Health Care, Union Bank, and Informatica–announced that Scott Clement has joined Gary Nichols as a partner in the growing firm. Clement’s operational expertise and future-oriented focus will help the firm as it continues to expand and bring its creativity and ingenuity to both long-term and new clients.
Scott was previously a Senior Project Manager at RAPT Studio, where he fine-tuned his skills and passion for project management from scheduling to project delivery with a top-level focus on meeting client expectations.
As COO and principal, Clement has created systems for scaling the organization and streamlining staff hiring and development. In addition, he has helped champion an initiative that continues to empower employees to move into leadership positions. He will continue in those roles, as well as focusing on business development, client relationships, strategic planning, and maintaining a high-level of creativity along with the great client service NicholsBooth is known for.
“Scott is a tremendous asset to the firm and I look forward to working closely with him as a partner in our growing enterprise,” says CEO Gary Nichols. “He brings a knowledge of operational expertise and strategies and a vision for the future that will greatly benefit NicholsBooth in the next phase of our development.”
“NicholsBooth has grown over 30% in the last two years, and is continuing on that upward trajectory,” says Clement. “I am excited to be a part of this firm as we evolve to meet new challenges and partner with our expanding client base to create incredible interior spaces.”
